Who we are
This website, pandaviksonicpicnic.cfd, is operated by Pandavik Sonic Picnic Media Ltd (Company No. 15287463), 14 Kelham Island Yard, Sheffield S3 8RY, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data described in this notice. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
We do not run user accounts, newsletters or advertising trackers. The contact tool works entirely in your browser: the details you type are not sent to us or stored by us. We only receive personal data if you choose to email us, in which case we receive your email address, your name if given, and whatever you write.
Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information in server logs to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period.
Why and how we use it
We use emails you send to reply to you and, if you submit a tradition, to consider it for the almanac. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, or your consent where you ask us to publish your contribution. We will credit you only if you ask us to.
Retention
We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it, unless it relates to published material that we need to keep a record of.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and email, under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
